In order to receive support for applications installed from the APS Catalog it is important to first define the proper support contact. Below are the steps to define who is the publisher of a specific package and how to receive support.
- Go to APS Catalog.
- Search for the name of the application you are attempting to seek support for.
- Review what development company is listed as the Publisher. Depending on the software publisher, act as follows:
- CloudBlue, cloudblue.com: Submit your support request to the CloudBlue Support Team.
- Other: Submit your support request directly to the listed Publisher by clicking the respective link against Publisher or Vendor.
