Processing Approval Requests
Requests that require approval can be processed manually before being handled automatically. When such a request is created, approvers receive a notification in their control panels that a new request is waiting for approval. Approvers can also check the list of pending requests to learn which requests to process.
To process an approval request, complete the following steps.
- Log in to UX1 for Resellers.
- Open Approvals and check for pending requests.

Open a request to process. You will see all necessary details about the request:
- The reason why the request requires approval.
- Contact information of the user who created the request.
- Approve or reject the request and specify the reason for your decision.
