Canceling Subscription to Domain with Conflict
You can cancel a subscription to a domain with a conflict status, which will also resolve the conflict.
To cancel a domain with a conflict subscription:
- Click the necessary record in the list. The conflict information is displayed.
- Press Cancel Subscription. The standard CloudBlue Commerce subscription cancellation mechanism will begin. The conflict will remain in the list until the Cancellation Order is successfully provisioned. The Service Status of the conflict in the list will change from Running to Terminating in the meantime. Once the Cancellation Order is successfully provisioned, the conflict will disappear from the list.
