Message send methods define supported messages delivery formats and mechanisms. The message methods, selected on this screen, determine the number of available notification methods in a message category. Presently, three formats are supported: HTML, Plain Text, and PDF. All of them are sent by means of email. Message formats and mechanisms are pre-configured and non-editable.
To enable or disable message delivery format or mechanism:
- Go to System > Settings > Messaging > Message Send Methods.
- Select a format or mechanism you want to enable (disable) by clicking the respective link in the Send Method or Send Method Name column. Selected method properties appear on the screen.
- Select (clear) Is supported check box to enable (disable) method.
- Click Save to confirm changes.
