Tax Calculation by EZTax

Billing provides the ability to use BillSoft EZTax as an external tax calculation service. It is useful for U.S. providers: external tax calculation service supports the complex multi-level taxation system of the U.S., and eliminates the necessity to maintain tax rates and taxation rules in Billing.

To use EZTax as an external tax calculation service, you need to have the bm-tax-plugin-eztax package installed to Billing.

To install the package:

1. Log in to the MN via SSH.
2. Run the following command:

   # oa-update --billing-containers bm-tax-plugin-eztax
