A license termination stops billing for this license at CloudBlue Commerce Key Administrator server side, in other words, a license is returned to KA. The license keeps being shown in Billing interface, but its status becomes Terminated.
To terminate a license:
- Open Services > Licenses. The list of all licenses is displayed.
- Select a license by clicking on respective link in the License ID or Key Number column. The license details appear on the screen.
- Click Terminate License. The downgrade order details appear on the screen. Review the order details and click Place Order to confirm operation. Otherwise click Cancel to roll one step back.
