Instant Services Provisioning allows you to automatically provision certain services to the new users that are synchronized from an on-premise domain. Each service has its own set of parameters that are described in the following sections. Note that if the provisioning of any of the services fails due to any reason (insufficient resource limits in subscription, name uniqueness violation, and other issues), the user import fails: a user account is not created and no services are provisioned. In this case, Instant Services Provisioning will be attempted during the next scheduled synchronization.
