A subscription cancellation followed by a cancellation order placement. Subscription cancellation results in stopping the subscription services provisioning and, depending on your vendor's service terms – money refund, however, prepaid but unused subscription fee is always refunded even if the terms do not allow refunds.
To cancel a subscription:
- Switch to the Account tab and click on the Subscriptions link. The list of your subscriptions appears on the screen.
- Select a subscription you want to cancel by clicking on the respective link in the Plan or in the ID column. The subscription properties appear on the screen.
- Click Cancel Subscription. The subscription cancellation dialog starts.
- Select a reason of subscription cancellation from the Reason Code drop-down list.
- Enter a free-form comment describing why you intend to cancel the subscription into the Comment field.
- Click the Place Cancellation Order button to confirm the subscription cancellation.
