Assigning SSL Certificate to Application
Application's web interface can be accessible over the HTTPS protocol, if it is allowed by your vendor. In this case vendor's SSL Certificate is used. Additionally, you can install own SSL Certificate for Application. To install own SSL certificate, perform the following steps:
- Prepare SSL Certificate (self-signed or issued by a well-known Certificate Authority). To learn more about SSL Certificates, refer to the Configuring SSL Connection to Websites section.
- Go to Applications.
- Click on the name of the required Application.
- Select the SSL Certificate tab.
- On the SSL Certificate tab, click on the Assign Certificate button. Then, follow the Wizard.
Notes:
1. If you need to replace the already assigned SSL certificate, perform steps 1-5 again.
2. The SSL Certificate tab is not displayed in the following cases: Application does not support SSL-protection; the ability to assign own SSL Certificate is disabled by your vendor.
