CloudBlue Commerce allows you to create a bulk of Exchange contacts using information from CSV file. This procedure, so-called, bulk contacts importing, may be useful if you want to move your organization from existing mail service to Hosted Exchange or create multiple contacts just in a few steps.
To import a bulk of contacts, go to Exchange > Contacts and click the Import Contacts button.
The process of creating a bulk of contacts is similar to the process described in the Importing Bulk of Mailboxes section. Follow the instructions provided in the Importing Bulk of Mailboxes section to import a bulk of contacts.
Note, that supported CSV fields for contacts are different from ones used for mailbox importing. Find the list of supported CSV fields and formats for contacts by clicking on the View link in the Help area and download a sample CSV file by clicking on the Download link.
