CloudBlue Commerce allows you to create a bulk of Exchange distribution lists using information from CSV file. This procedure, so-called, bulk distribution lists importing, may be useful if you want to move your organization from existing mail service to Hosted Exchange or create multiple distribution lists just in a few steps.
To import a bulk of distribution lists, go to Exchange > Distribution Lists and click the Import Distribution Lists button.
The process of creating a bulk of distribution lists is similar to the process described in the Importing Bulk of Mailboxes section. Follow the instructions provided in the Importing Bulk of Mailboxes section to import a bulk of distribution lists.
Note, a CSV file for importing distribution lists may contain the Members field.
Members is an optional field representing a comma-separated list of email addresses of distribution list’s members. If a members’ separator is equal to a separator of the whole CSV file, the member's list must be quoted.
For example: office@example.org, "alex@example.CloudBlue Commerce, john@example.CloudBlue Commerce"
