Note: If the Hosted Exchange Mailbox Templates are included into your subscription, you can create Exchange mailboxes on the basis of these templates only.
To create a mailbox on the basis of the Mailbox Template, follow these steps:
- Go to Exchange > Mailboxes.

Click on the Add New Mailbox button.
Note: If the limit of resources necessary for creating new mailbox is reached in the subscription, you will be notified and offered to upgrade resources in your subscription. Follow the wizard steps to increase the resources limit. Once you are finished with it, you will be redirected to the first step of the mailbox creation wizard.

Specify the following parameters:
- Display name – Type the name of the user as it will be displayed in CloudBlue Commerce.
- Login – Specify the mailbox user's login in the UPN (User Principal Name) format. For the UPN login, you need to type the login name and select an existing domain from the drop-down list.
- Specify the password the user will enter to start a service. Type the password in the Password field. The password strength indicator will prompt you how strong is your password. If you want the system to generate a strong password, click Generate and remember the displayed password.
Click Next to continue.

Select the mailbox template from the drop-down menu:
Note: This wizard appears in case there are two or more Mailbox Templates in your subscription.
Click Next.
- Check the parameters you have entered carefully and click Finish to complete the mailbox creation.
Note:Mailbox Access parameters are predefined by the Mailbox Template and cannot be edited.
