Importing Child Public Folders Created in Outlook or OWA

You or your Stuff Members (having rights for public folders creation) can import the child public folders hierarchy created in the Outlook or OWA client to the public folders list in CCP.

To import your child public folders from Outlook or OWA, perform the following actions:

1. In CCP, go to Exchange > More Services > Public Folders. The list of public folders created via CloudBlue Commerce CCP is displayed.
2. Click the Import Existing Folders button. All the child public folders created in Outlook or OWA will be transferred to CloudBlue Commerce CCP preserving their hierarchy.

After importing, these child public folders will have the Unlimited size limit value. You can set the size limit manually at the Limits tab of the selected child public folder.

Note: To be able to create child public folders in Outlook or OWA, a subscriber should have the Publishing Author or Publishing Editor role.
