Mailbox is a storage area where the messages for a single email user are kept. With CloudBlue Commerce you can set up a mailbox for your domain and configure your mailbox.
To manage Exchange mailboxes in CloudBlue Commerce, go to Exchange > Mailboxes. On the Mailboxes screen, you can see the list of existing mailboxes if you have any. From the list, you can obtain the following information about each of your mailboxes:
- Display name of the mailbox
- Login under which a service user gets access to the mailbox
- Email address of the mailbox
- Actual size of the mailbox
- Limit size of the mailbox
- Mailbox template (This column appears only for Subscribers having Hosted Exchange Mailbox Templates included into the subscription)
- Status of the mailbox
The mailboxes can be managed by means of the buttons placed on the same screen.
More operations can be performed on the screen opened after clicking the Display name of a mailbox.
