If you work offline, you can obtain information about other members of your organization from the Offline Address Book (OAB) that you have downloaded beforehand from the Exchange server. The OAB is downloaded automatically by email client from the Exchange server.
To use the OAB, Outlook Cached Mode should be enabled in the automatically generated Outlook Profile.
