On the Exchange Mailbox > General screen, you can see the protocols you may use for the access to your mailbox. If you want to provide access to your mailbox using one of the protocols, you need to set up this protocol. For this purpose, follow the instructions you can get by clicking the View setup info link next to the required protocol name.
