Establishing Access to Your Azure Cloud Infrastructure
After you build your Azure cloud infrastructure for subsequent CloudBlue Commerce deployment, it is necessary to establish access to the infrastructure from the machine you will use for infrastructure management (see below), and configure the virtual machines.
To be able to access and manage virtual machines in your Azure cloud infrastructure:
- Ensure these requirements:
- For point-to-site connections, install a child certificate (which is signed by the root certificate whose public key is deployed to your Azure VPN Gateway) to the machine you will use to manage your Azure cloud infrastructure.
- Establish a VPN connection to your Azure VPN Gateway:
- For Windows: download a VPN connection installation package from the Azure VPN gateway resource.
- For other operating systems: please follow this link.
- Establish a VPN tunnel from the machine you will use to manage your Azure cloud infrastructure to the Azure VPN Gateway.
- Connect to the jumpboxes using SSH (for linjmpb01) or RDP (for winjmpb01).
