When choosing a new node to use as a replacement for a failed Virtuozzo node, make sure that the following requirements are met:
- The versions of Virtuozzo are the same on the new and failed nodes.
- The new node has enough disk space, memory, and CPU power to run the servers you are going to restore to it.
- The kernel versions of the new and failed nodes are the same.
- The new node has the same set of CPU features (VT-x, VT-d, Hyper-threading, and so on) as the failed node.
- The network settings of the new node are identical to those of the failed node.
- The new node has the same set of OS and application templates installed as the failed node.
