For performance increase, more CPU is required*.

Important: Depending on the amount of CloudBlue Commerce accounts and users, the number of required physical cores may change:

  • 5 physical cores for 300,000 accounts/1,500,000 users
  • 6 physical cores for 400,000 accounts/2,000,000 users
  • 7 physical cores for 500,000 accounts/2,500,000 users

RAM

8 GB – required

16 GB – recommended

For performance increase, more RAM is required*.

Important: Depending on the amount of CloudBlue Commerce accounts and users, the amount of required RAM may change:

  • 12 GB for 100,000 accounts/500,000 users
  • 14 GB for 400,000 accounts/2,000,000 users
  • 16 GB for 500,000 accounts/2,500,000 users

Important: A large number of subscriptions (500+) on one account with enabled Per Account billing needs 32 GB of RAM.

* To increase the performance of billing, the number of workers must be increased. Therefore, you need more server resources:
– RAM must be increased to 30 GB (required for a large amount of subscriptions)
– The maximum CPU core number must be increased to 16 CPU
