Synchronization Settings
On the Online Store screen, settings of the online store currently selected for editing are displayed. These settings do not affect the online store functioning directly. Online store takes its configuration from a special configuration file. To make the settings effective on the online store, they should be synchronized.
If you have additional online store installed with a brand and the store is currently selected for editing, the link to this store is displayed in the Store URL field.
The synchronization itself should be configured before it can work.
To configure general synchronization settings:
- Open Products > Online Store and click Connection Setup.

Click Edit. The configuring general synchronization parameters dialog window is displayed. Fill the form:
- Select the https protocol from the Protocol group.

Enter a Shared IP address for Provider's Store Host.
Note: to find out the Shared IP address of the Providers Store Host, in Operations PCP, go to Infrastructure > Service Nodes and select the node with the BSS Online Store Host attribute; then select the Networking > IP Addresses tab.
- Type the 443 port number into the Port field.
- Click Save to confirm changes.
- To update the online store configuration file with new settings, click Synchronize.
Warning: Any online store changes (be it a newly added store screen or a loaded icon) will be applied ONLY after you click Synchronize.
