After you subscribe to a certain notification type, and an event related to this type occurs in the system, you can view and read the corresponding message on the Events page of the CloudBlue Commerce user interface.
- Go to Operations > Tasks > Events.
- Click the notification event name to read the message. You can immediately remove the message from the list by clicking the Delete button located right under the message area, or you can do it later by checking this message on the Events page and clicking Delete.
- After you go back to the received messages list, the already viewed messages will have the read status. You can also change the status manually. To do this, check the message in the list and click Mark as read or Mark as unread.
