This method is supported by Operations starting from version 6.0.

The method changes owner of an account ID.

The method has the following input parameters:

Name	Type	Short Description
account_id	int	Identifier of the Account whose vendor will be changed.
owner_id	int	Identifier of the vendor which should be owner of the account.
[branded_domain_name]	string	Domain name of the brand that will be used by this account. If the parameter is omitted, the default brand will be used.

This method has the following output parameters:

brand_name	string	Name of the brand used by the account.
access_point_url	string	Customer Access Point URL.
