Configuring a Set of Privileges

If you want to change the set of privileges for a customer's role, complete these steps:

  1. Go to Operations > Customers. Select a customer.
  2. Select the Security tab, select the Roles sub-tab.
  3. Click the Name of the role you want to configure.
  4. Open the Privileges tab. You can see a list of privileges settings for the role.
  5. Click the Edit button. Change privileges settings by selecting the appropriate items from drop-down lists or by clicking the required check boxes.
  6. Click the Submit button to save the new settings.

If you want to change the privilege settings for all of a customer's roles at one time, complete the steps below. The advantage of this variant is that you can compare all customer's roles.

  1. Go to Operations > Customers. Select a customer.
  2. Select the Security tab, select the Privileges sub-tab. You can see which privileges are set for all the customer's roles.
  3. Click the Edit button. Change privileges settings by selecting the appropriate items from drop-down lists or by clicking the required check boxes.
  4. Click the Submit button to save the new settings.
