You can use Operations in combination with its companion software Billing to manage your sales and billing operations. Billing supports all business tasks related to creating and selling service plans.
You can use Billing to perform the following tasks:
- Create Service Plans. Billing imports service templates from Operations and uses them to create service plans.
- Create and manage the online store. The built-in online store serves as a retail outlet for your service plans and collects new customer information that is required for creating accounts and service provisioning.
- Publish Service Plans online. Billing publishes service plans on the online store.
- Bill your customers. Billing generates invoices and automatically forwards them to customers who have submitted orders.
- Collect and monitor payments. Billing charges customer credit cards and notifies administrators about payments made to your company bank account.
