This privilege is delivered by the Vendor-rated Data Manager microservice (ex-.Rating Engine PAYG).
This privilege enables users of UX1 for Providers and UX1 for Resellers to set margins and markups for usage-based offers rated by Vendor-rated Data Manager.
This privilege is configured in the Operations panel at System > Settings > Security > Privileges.
