With the Download Certificate Chain feature, you can download a ZIP-archive with all related certificates from the certificate chain of a client certificate. Depending on the certificate supplier, the archive may contain CA certificates, Root Certificates, etc.
To download a certificate chain:
- In the control panel, go to Services > Certificates. The list of existing certificates is displayed.
- Click on the name of the certificate, to which you want to download the archive. The View Certificate panel is displayed.
- Click Download Certificate Chain. The archive downloading dialog window is displayed.
- Click OK. The certificate chain for the selected certificate is downloaded onto your local hard drive.
