Changing the Layout and Colors of the User Interface

To change the layout and colors of user interface elements, prepare a custom skin, install it to the Provider Panel, and select it in the branding settings:

  1. Obtain a ZIP archive with a skin for CloudBlue Commerce from https://doc.apsstandard.org/2.2/_downloads/ppanel-theme-custom-3.0.447-0.app.zip and save it on your computer.
  2. Obtain a ZIP archive with the default skin for Plesk from any of your Linux-based Apache or Windows-based IIS hosting service nodes, and save it on your computer. To learn how to do it, refer to the article at https://docs.plesk.com/en-US/onyx/administrator-guide/plesk-administration/appearance-and-branding/using-custom-themes/obtaining-a-theme-package-from-plesk.70907/.
  3. Extract the contents of both archives.
  4. Place the contents extracted from the Plesk skin archive into the location where you plan to work on the CloudBlue Commerce skin, in the subdirectory /content/plesk/.
  5. Replace the graphics files and edit CSS styles as needed. Refer to https://doc.apsstandard.org/2.2/pa/skin-customization/creation/ for details and further instructions.
  6. When the skin package is ready and validated for installation (as described at https://doc.apsstandard.org/2.2/certification/#pa-cert), upload it to the Provider Panel: in System > Settings > Skins > Add Skin.
  7. To apply your custom skin, select it in System > Settings > Brands > <domain name> > General tab > Edit > Skin menu.
