Setting Up Services on Hosting Service Nodes
When you add hosting service nodes to CloudBlue Commerce, a number of software components and services are automatically installed and enabled on the nodes, such as web servers, email, and database server software. The sections Services and Components on Linux-based Hosting Service Nodes and Services and Components on Windows-based Hosting Service Nodes explain which components and hosting features are installed by default and how to configure them. They also provide a list of optional components that you can install on service nodes.
To install any of the optional components, go to Services > WebHosting Plesk > Service Nodes tab > Components (in the Actions column) > Add/Remove Components.
Note: Hosting service nodes managed by the WebHosting Plesk module do not run a DNS service. DNS servers and their configuration are part of CloudBlue Commerce deployment. You should configure them separately as described in Linux Platform Deployment Guide > Deploying Linux-based DNS Servers. The WebHosting Plesk module only adds its A, AAAA, and MX zone records to the configurations of DNS servers.
