This section describes how to deploy external provisioning for the Open-Xchange application.
Open-Xchange is an advanced mail application that comes bundled with Linux Mail Hosting. For details on how to set up Linux Mail Hosting refer to the Deploying CloudBlue Commerce Linux Mail Hosting Modulesection.
The application includes a number of services, such as Contacts, Calendar and Infostore, which may be provided in various combinations for each single user (per each mailbox). For details on how to define these settings, refer to the Creating Resource Type on Basis of 'Application Service' Resource Type for Open-Xchange section.
Open-Xchange version 6.20 must be installed as minimum. Newer versions may also be installed if such are listed in https://kb.cloudblue.com/8849.
Important:
Make sure your Open-Xchange version matches the version of CloudBlue Commerce. For details see https://kb.cloudblue.com/8849.
If you are not running the latest CloudBlue Commerce version, make sure that the version of the Open-Xchange meets the minimum requirements for your specific CloudBlue Commerce installation.
