Configuring “FraudGuardian” Plug-In

FraudGuardian Order Verification Service provides real-time orders verification and fraud screening for anyone accepting credit cards. The Fraud Guardian plug-in allows easily and quickly integrating Billing with FraudGuardian and getting fraud check results in real time.

The Fraud Guardian plug-in sends all the information about orders to be paid by credit cards to FraudGuardian API, which in its turn, returns the fraud count in its 10 point scale. You can use this scale when composing anti-fraud rules conditions.

To use the Fraud Guardian plug-in, it is necessary to sign up and set up an account with FraudGuardian. Contact CloudBlue account manager for pricing and to sign up for the service. Then, the e-mail and password specified for your FraudGuardian account are to be entered into the Fraud Guardian plug-in configuration screen form. While the Fraud Guardian plug-in is in use, the detailed order check results will be sent to the e-mail address specified in the plug-in configuration.

To configure the Fraud Guardian plug-in:

1. Open System > Settings > Fraud Screening.
2. Select the Fraud Guardian plug-in by clicking the respective link in the Plugin Name column.
3. Click Edit. Fill out the form:
   1. Enter your FraudGuardian account login into the Login field.
   2. Type your FraudGuardian account password into the Password field.
   3. Enter the e-mail you have specified for your FraudGuardian account into the Notification E-Mail Address field.
4. Click Save.
