Giving Discount to Customer

A discount applied to an account is valid to all charges related to this account including subscription cancellation fee.

To give discount to a customer:

  1. Open Products > Marketing > Discounts. The list of available discounts (if any) appears on the screen.
  2. Select a discount which you want to give to a customer by clicking on the respective link in the Name column. Discount properties appear on the screen.
  3. Proceed to the Accounts tab. The list of customer accounts that were already given the discount (if any) appears on the screen.
  4. Click Add Account In Discount. The assigning discount to an account dialog starts.
  5. Mark account you want to give the discount by selecting respective check boxes.
  6. Click Add Selected Account(s) to add selected accounts to discount.
