Setting Custom Attribute Values for Customer and Reseller Accounts

To set the value of a custom attribute for a customer or reseller account:

  1. In the Provider Control Panel, go to Billing > Operations > Customers (or Resellers). Click a customer or reseller.
  2. Switch to the Additional Information tab. Click Edit. All active custom attributes become visible and editable.

    Note: Custom attributes with empty values are only visible in the editing mode.

  3. Set the values as necessary. Save the changes.
