Transferring a Subscription to Another Customer

To transfer a subscription to another customer:

1. Go to Operations > Customers. In the customers list, click the source customer name or ID.
2. Switch to the Subscriptions tab. Select the subscriptions to be transferred and click Transfer to Another Account.
3. Select the target customer account and click Transfer.
4. The system analyzes the selected list of subscriptions and expands it with linked subscriptions, if any. In such cases, an explanation why the list was expanded is displayed. To proceed, confirm the list of subscriptions to be transferred. A transfer order is created. You can track orders in the classic Provider Control Panel (PCP) and Reseller Control Panel (RCP) at Billing > Operations > Orders.
