Adding Email Addresses to Contact

Note: This functionality is not available if there are no domains with Hosted Exchange in your subscription.

Several email addresses based on your email domains can be added to the contact in CloudBlue Commerce.

To add new email address based on your email domain to the contact, follow these steps:

  1. In CloudBlue Commerce CP, go to Exchange > Contacts. The list of existing contacts opens (if you have any).
  2. Select the contact to add an email address to.
  3. Move to the Email addresses tab.

    Note: The Email Addresses tab shows / allows to manage all email addresses assigned to the contact. You can delete all email addresses (including the Primary one) from that list and the contact will become the regular one.

You are able to mark one of these email addresses as the primary email address. This address will appear in the To field of the email messages.

  1. To do it, click on the Change button in the Primary Email Address area. The list of all email addresses will open.
  2. Click the Set as primary email address link opposite the required contact's email address.
  3. Click Submit to save changes.
