Changing FTP Login and Password

To change your FTP credentials, perform the following steps:

1. Go to Websites, then click on a required domain name. Domain dashboard opens. Click FTP Access.
2. On the General tab, click Edit.
3. In the FTP Login Name field, input the new FTP login.
4. Select the Change Password checkbox.
5. Type the password in the Password field. The password strength indicator will prompt you how strong is your password. If you want the system to generate a strong password, click Generate and remember the displayed password.
6. Click Submit.
