Configuring Mailbox Permissions

With the Full Access permission, the Mailbox/Distribution list users can open and read the content of the mailbox folders they are granted permission on. However, they cannot send messages from that mailbox.

To grant the mailbox Full Access permission to a Mailbox/Distribution list users in CloudBlue Commerce CP, follow these steps:

1. Go to Exchange > Mailboxes. The list of existing mailboxes opens.
2. Select the mailbox to configure permission in.
3. Move to the Permissions tab. The list of mailboxes and distribution lists granted the Full Access permission on this mailbox opens in the Mailbox Permissions subtab.
4. Click on the Add button.
5. Select the checkboxes opposite the mailboxes and/or distribution lists users to grant Full Access permission on.
6. Click Submit.

As a result, selected mailboxes and/or distribution lists users appear in the list of ones with granted Full Access permission on the mailbox.
