Normally, each service (for example, Exchange or SaaS application) is managed by a certain list of service users where each service user has own name, login, password, and other properties. However, CloudBlue Commerce gives you an opportunity to use a single service user for access to various services using the same login/password.
To manage service users in CloudBlue Commerce, select the Users tab. Here, the list of your service users is located. From the list, you can obtain the following information about each of your service users:
- Display name of the service user.
- Email under which the service user gets access to their services.
- Services the service user can use.
- Status.
- State.
- Login – the link, which allows you to access the service user's MyCP.
The service users can be managed by means of the buttons placed on the same screen:
- Add New Service user
- Change Domain
- Delete
More operations can be performed on the screen opened after clicking the Display name of a service user.
