Upgrading to Paid Service
In case a customer uses a trial service, he can upgrade to its paid version. This can be done with the help of Upgrade to Paid Service wizard. When passing the wizard, you may need to switch to another service plan or change the subscription period, and complete registration in some cases.
To upgrade to paid service the following actions are required:
- In CCP, switch to the Account tab and click on the Subscriptions link. Alternatively, you can click on the link at the Need Attention label at the home screen. The list of your trial subscriptions is displayed.
- Select the subscription that you want to upgrade by clicking on the respective link in the Plan or in the ID column. The subscription properties appear on the screen.
- Click Upgrade to Paid Service. The same-name wizard starts.
- Select the plan you are upgrading to: click on the radio button next to a service plan ID, and then click Next. This step is displayed under select service plan configuration.
- Select a new period for the paid service you are subscribing to: click on the radio button next to a period duration, and then click Next. This step is displayed under select service plan configuration.
- Complete you registration: it is required that you submit all necessary account details when upgrading to a paid service, and then click Next. This step is only displayed when you have subscribed to a trial service via the short registration form (email and password). Refer to the Short and Full Registration section for information about the differences between registration forms.
- Review the details of your order. If you need to change something in your order, return to a previous step by clicking Back. If no corrections are needed, confirm placing the order by clicking Place Order.
- Having placed the order, you will see the Track Status screen which contains the details and status of your order.
