You can view the actual size of any of your public folders in Exchange > More Services > Public Folders, in the Size column. In this column, besides the actual size in kilobytes, you can view the rate of used memory within the size limit. The rate is represented graphically – as the size scale, and textually – as a percent number.
For public folders containing child folders, the overall folder size (together with all its child folders) is also displayed in the Total size column.
The public folder actual size is updated periodically, but you can request the update of the actual size without waiting for the planned update. For this purpose, you need to do the following:
- Open the Public Folders screen.
- Click the Display name of the required public folder.
- Open the Limits tab.
- Click on the Update Size button.
After a while, the public folder actual size will be updated.
