To know about browser types supported by Operations, refer to the List of Supported Browsers.
To open Operations MyCP, perform the following steps:
- In the browser address field, type the address of your Operations MyCP. The Login to screen opens.

On the Login to screen, enter your login username and password into the Username and Password fields, respectively.
Note: If your provider has granted you the ability to add external profile to your account, you will see the Login with section on the login screen, where you can login to your control panel using your external profile credentials. Read more on how to add external profile to your account in the Editing Login Information section.
- If you are provided with selection of languages, the Languages drop-down list is available on the Login to screen. From this list, you can select the language to be used in your Interface (This step may be skipped).
- Click Login. If you have entered the correct username and password, you will be moved to the MyCP interface.
