Instructions for the Data Protection Officer

This chapter contains the set of instructions for the Data Protection Officer to refer to after receiving a request from a user to erase their personal data from the system.

Note: Data erasure is performed only per user or account. Bulk erasure is not supported.

When a request from a user is received, the Data Protection Officer needs to:

1. Find the user ID.
2. Schedule the erasure of the user's personal data.
3. Erase the user's personal data in modules.
