If there are several discount offers configured in the system, and a customer places an order, the system prioritizes a more specific discount parameter to apply a corresponding offer to the purchase.
A more specific discount parameter has priority over less specific ones. Therefore, a service plan discount is applied only if an ordered subscription period is not in the list of discounted subscription periods. All-plans discount is applied only if an ordered plan is not found in the discounted subscription periods list and in the discounted plans list. The same is valid for discounts on resources.
