The UI Cluster Deployment Solution is an alternative to traditional on-premise deployment solutions that saves time and costs for service providers in the following way:
- Supports automatic UI Cluster scalability to ensure that minimum infrastructure resources are used during non-peek hours. As a result, service providers can benefit from per hour billing.
- Ensures zero downtime upgrade of UI Clusters.
- Optimizes load balancing by using Kubernetes (K8s), an open-source system for automating deployment, scaling, and management of containerized applications. In contrast to traditional solutions, the on-cloud deployment solution does not require direct Ethernet access between the load balancer and virtual private servers, which means that UI Clusters can be deployed to Azure as well as other public IAAS clouds.
