CloudBlue Commerce Management Node in Cloud
You can deploy additional management nodes to cloud and make the OSS part of the CloudBlue Commerce horizontally scalable. This also enables fault tolerance for certain operations:
- logging to and using control panels,
- provisioning orders,
- managing tasks, account, users, subscriptions, and application instances.
On the CloudBlue Commerce installations, where a number of provider's staff members and reseller's accounts is big, the management node becomes the bottleneck of the CloudBlue Commerce system. You can improve a resilience of your CloudBlue Commerce installation by deploying CloudBlue Commerce management node to cloud. This will allow you to balance the load between the two management nodes, so the most essential operations, such as navigating on the most critical screens: list of subscriptions, customers and service templates, switching to the Billing panel, and rescheduling tasks in Task Manager will remain available in case the original management node is not accessible for any reason.
