Migrating CloudBlue Commerce Platform Nodes to Azure

This is the second step in the general procedure of CloudBlue Commerce migration to Azure cloud. After migrating your CloudBlue Commerce service nodes, migrate your platform nodes:

1. Perform the general pre-migration steps for platform nodes.
2. Migrate Billing Application Node.
3. Migrate Billing DB Node.
4. Migrate Operations MN and DB Node.
5. Migrate CloudBlue Commerce Online Store Node.
