Operating Resellers and Customers

Apart from your own account in CloudBlue Commerce, you can create and further manage subordinate accounts belonging to your resellers or your direct customers. In order to distinguish resellers' and customers' accounts, the operations on them are performed in different sections of the CloudBlue Commerce user interface. Operations on resellers are performed in the Resellers navigation menu item, whereas operations on direct customers are performed in the Customers menu.

To simplify things, this section of the guide deals with resellers' accounts only. To operate customers' accounts, follow the instructions provided in this section as applied to customers, that is, the Customers menu instead of the Resellers menu.
