PFR-6561 The ability to cancel fulfillment requests for in-house products was added to UX1.

PDI-2251 Product Lifecycle Management now uses an updated camunda version 7.17.14.

PFR-6159 This release contains necessary changes to support the migration procedure for dummy gates. The migration instructions will be available soon in this knowledge base article.
Additionally, after you install the BSS 20.5.2260 hotfix, you can use Product Lifecycle Management to create one-time-fee products and get your catalog ready for selling right after the upgrade to CloudBlue 21. Note that after installing that hotfix, when you decide to upgrade to CloudBlue 21, you must upgrade to version 21.11.118 or later.
