To set Rating Mode per service plan during service plan creation:

When creating a service plan using Product Configuration Manager (PCM):
In the Service Plans configuration step, in the Additional Billing Features section, select Enable Volume Pricing Model.

When creating a service plan using the classic Provider Control Panel (PCP):
In the Billing Terms configuration step, in the Additional Billing Features section, select Permanently Process Using Rating Engine.
Note: This section is displayed only when Rating Engine is installed and this section is enabled.
Rating Mode for the service plan under creation is set automatically to Revenue Only: Only provider and reseller revenue is calculated for the service, as well as the extended price for the customer. Provider costs are not calculated.
