Introduction

UX1 functionality can be extended by installing additional applications based on a micro-service architecture that represents one logically bound functionality.

Reporting and Data Export (RDE), formerly Rated Data Export, is a component that enables your resellers to generate and export reports about:

  • Rated transactions, including information such as all types of applied charges to a specific account within a specified period and costs for both participants of the transaction. Use the Provisioned orders default data set for this report type.

  • All payment and refund transactions with the associated information of customer accounts, payment methods, and transactions. Use the additional Payments data set for this report type.

  • User accounts and all sub-accounts. Use the additional Accounts data set for this report type.

  • The log-in history. Use the additional Login History data set for this report type.

  • All subscriptions of a user and the user's sub-accounts. Use the additional Subscriptions data set for this report type.

  • All service users of a user and the user's sub-accounts. Use the additional Service Users data set for this report type.

  • All staff members of an account and its sub-accounts. Use the additional Staff Members data set for this report type.

  • All orders that belong to a user and the user's sub-accounts that have not been provisioned yet: New, Failed, and In Progress. Use the additional Non-provisioned Orders data set for this report type.

  • Resources of subscriptions and the related subscriptions belonging to a user and the user's sub-accounts. Use the additional Subscription Resources data set for this report type.

  • All AR documents with details, including Credit and Debit memos. Use the additional AR Documents data set for this report type.

  • All invoices. Use the additional Invoices data set for this report type.

  • All service plans. Use the additional Service plans data set for this report type.

  • All resource rates in service plans. Use the additional Service plan resource rates data set for this report type.

RDE manages the following features:

  • Aggregation of data from BSS and OSS databases

  • Generation and export of reports with collected billing data in XML, CSV, XLSX, and JSON format on demand or according to the defined schedule (monthly or daily)

  • Storing data in cloud or local storage

  • Automatic email notifications when a report is available

  • Ability to have a full and simplified view of a report
