Introduction

UX1 Subscription Management (formerly referred to as UX1 UI) is an optional component of CloudBlue Commerce. It enables providers and resellers to manage customer accounts and subscriptions through UX1 Panels.

• Manage subscriptions:

  • Upsize, downsize, change to another plan.
  • Put on hold.
  • Renew subscriptions.
  • Disable or enable automatic renewal of subscriptions.
  • Cancel subscriptions.

• Manage orders:

  • View order details.
  • Approve and cancel orders.
